   Sora carries display and headings; Inter carries body and UI. Until this
   file existed the two were named in the tokens but never actually loaded, so
   every screen silently fell back to the system stack (SF Pro on macOS, Segoe
   UI on Windows) — the product had no typographic identity of its own, and
   the difference was invisible on a Mac because the fallback looks decent.

   SELF-HOSTED, NOT A CDN
   No external request: the platform is a PWA that must work offline, the
   organisation is EU-based (a CDN font request is a third-party data
   transfer), and the rest of the design system already refuses external
   dependencies — icons.js inlines its own SVG for the same reason.

   VARIABLE FONTS
   One file per family covers weights 100–800, so the five weights the design
   system uses (400/500/600/700/800) cost two downloads instead of eight, and
   a future weight needs no new asset. 80 KB for the latin subsets both
   families actually need; the latin-ext files load only if a glyph demands
   them, which unicode-range decides per character.

   font-display:swap renders text immediately in the fallback and swaps when
   the webfont lands: a flash of unstyled text, never invisible text.
